- Website URLs: URLs you submit to the platform so we can analyse your brand and generate ad creatives.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and interaction logs to improve the service.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Cookies & Tracking: Cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to maintain sessions and analyse usage patterns.
- Meta / Facebook & Instagram Data: If you connect your Meta account, we access only the ad-related data necessary to generate creatives on your behalf (e.g., ad account ID, page information). We do not access personal messages, contacts, or any data beyond what is required for ad creative generation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Adigator platform.
- Generate AI-powered ad creatives based on your brand assets and submitted URLs.
- Process transactions and manage your credit balance.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, support responses).
- Improve and personalise the platform experience.
- Monitor and analyse usage trends to enhance performance and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our service. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- Meta / Facebook & Instagram: We integrate with the Meta Platform APIs solely to generate ad creatives. We access ad-related data only (such as ad account information and page details) and do not access, store, or share any personal user data from Meta beyond what is strictly required for creative generation. Our use of Meta Platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- OpenAI / AI Providers: We send brand and URL data to AI model providers to generate creative copy and imagery. These providers are contractually bound to data protection standards.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data shared during payment.
- Supabase: Secure database and authentication infrastructure.
- Google Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Adigator and its users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
