You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data that Adigator holds about you. This page explains exactly what data we store and how to submit a deletion request. We are committed to processing all requests promptly and transparently.
What Data Adigator Stores
When you use Adigator, we may store the following categories of personal data:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and account credentials.
- Website URLs Submitted: URLs you have provided to generate ad creatives.
- Generated Ad Creatives: Ad copy, images, and creative assets produced on your behalf.
- Usage & Credit History: Records of platform activity, feature usage, and credit transactions.
How to Request Data Deletion
Follow these steps to submit a data deletion request:
Send an email to our support team
Email hello@adigator.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include your account email address
In the body of your email, include the email address associated with your Adigator account so we can locate your data.
We will confirm and delete your data
Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion of all your personal data within 30 days of receiving your request.
Confirmation email sent
Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that all your data has been permanently removed.
Meta / Facebook & Instagram Data
If you connected Adigator via Facebook or Instagram, all data obtained through Meta's platform will also be permanently deleted as part of this process. This includes any ad account information, page data, or other Meta-sourced data we accessed on your behalf.
Important Notice
Account recovery is not possible after deletion. Once your data deletion request is processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use Adigator in the future, you will need to create a new account.
